In which areas do you operate as a private chef and consultant?
I am available throughout all of Belgium for private chef services and culinary consulting. I am also available in other countries upon request, with transport supplements depending on the location. Advance notice is required for bookings outside Belgium.
How far in advance should I book a private chef service?
I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to guarantee availability and adequate time for menu design. For urgent events, contact me to check availability.
How does restaurant consulting work?
We start with a free 20-minute call to understand the needs. Then I carry out a site visit and preliminary analysis, after which I propose a personalized intervention plan with clear and measurable objectives.
Do you handle food allergies and intolerances?
Absolutely. During the menu design phase, I will collect all information about allergies, intolerances and food preferences to create a safe and pleasant experience for all guests.
What are the costs for a private chef service?
Costs vary based on the number of guests, chosen menu and complexity of the event. After the first contact, I will provide a detailed and transparent quote. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Are cooking courses only individual or also group?
I organize both individual and group courses. Courses for enthusiasts are generally in small groups (max 6-8 people), while for professionals I prefer individual sessions or for specific brigades.
